Making A Game Of The Giuliani Scandal

Josh Marshall of Talking Points Memo and his crack muckraking team helped drive former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales out of office by refusing to let die the story of U.S. attorneys being fired during his tenure allegedly for political reasons.

Now the Marshallites have turned their attention to Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani for some shady behavior when he was New York City's mayor. But the new scandal is a bit complex to explain in a few words or put in a blog headline.

Daily Kos has taken that as a challenge and invited readers to enter a scandal-naming contest:

Somewhere out there, there's a clever Kossack that can perfectly and succinctly encapsulate the adultery, taxpayer abuse, and Nixonian coverup attempts that make this scandal so much fun.

You have to be a Daily Kos user to play along in the comments over there, though. If you don't fit the bill, you're welcome to name that scandal in the comments here instead.
