Kingpin Kos Goes For Barack Obama

Hillary Clinton is celebrating an upset win in the New Hampshire Democratic presidential primary this morning, but Barack Obama has picked up an absentee ballot in California that may carry a lot of weight nationally. Kingpin Kos announced that he will vote for Obama.

"MSNBC has Terry McAuliffe on," Kos wrote of the former Democratic Party chairman who supports Clinton. "Good job, he just convinced me to cast my California absentee ballot for Barack Obama. I like Hillary, it's the people around her I can't stand."

Earlier this week, Kos said he was giving himself until the end of the week to decide between voting for Obama or for Christopher Dodd, who dropped out of the race after a poor showing in Iowa last week. He called Dodd his "favorite candidate" but apparently has decided that he would rather "do my little part to keep California out of the HIllary column" than throw away his vote for a candidate no longer in the race.
